In 2019, he graduated from Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University with a degree in Applied Economics and received a master’s degree with a qualification of economist, specialist in applied economics.
Since 2020, he has been studying at the Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University in the postgraduate programme 281 “Public Management and Administration”. Dissertation research topic: “Managing the development of the institutional capacity of local governments of Prykarpattia territorial communities to attract investment”.
From 2020 to 2023, he worked as an analyst at the Carpathian Institute of Analytics “FrankoLytics”.
Since 2023, he has been working at the Ivano-Frankivsk branch of the Association of Ukrainian Cities as an analyst in the field of regional development.
Since 2023, he has been an expert at the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance.
Since 2024, he has been working at Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University at the Department of Management and Business Administration; he is a trainer at the School of Business and Management.
He is the author of more than 20 publications, 10 of which were published in Ukrainian professional journals. He is the author and co-author of 10 analytical reports based on the results of the research.
