Since 2003, he has been a freelance trainer and business consultant.

Business training includes diverse client groups, including refugees, stateless persons and migrant workers. Uses active learning methods to promote a creative and cooperative learning environment. Over 10 years, he has trained over 2500 student teachers and collaborated with hundreds of other individuals and organisations.

Since 2013, he has been the Head of the Student Enterprise Centre at the University of East Anglia, UK, with responsibilities including:

  • providing individual business coaching and support to students;

  • managing Unltd’s grant programme to support social entrepreneurs and Santander’s grant programme for commercial enterprises;

  • cooperation with the Student Union to develop entrepreneurial activities on campus through events such as Young Enterprise, Pitch Up;

  • creating and developing a team of business mentors to support student enterprises;

  • creating a programme of training workshops to develop entrepreneurial skills and understanding;

  • managing volunteer events.
